Boxes typically include a bag of mixed salad grown by us on our farm in East Sussex, a bunch of leafy greens (such as kale or chard) and a bunch of herbs. Plus potatoes, carrots and onions most weeks and a selection of seasonal vegetables.
We work with a loose ‘no swaps rule’. However, we don’t really like rules and if we can accommodate specific requests we will. All we ask is that you are mindful of our small team’s capacity to do so.
It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves Ooooby!
